California to review toxic substances in consumer products (LA Times, 9/26/13)


On Thursday the LA Times reported on Calif.'s newly unveiled  program for regulating toxic chemicals used in everyday products. Gretchen Lee Salter, our senior program and policy manager is quoted in the article:

"This marks a sea change in the way that California is going to be managing toxic chemicals."
